📋 Description

• Partner with the CMO/CCO EABPs to align exec time with priorities.
• Prepare for board presentations, exec reviews, and external forums.
• Serve as the CMO's proxy in select meetings; decide what to escalate.
• Influence the CMO's messaging and company narrative with Communications.
• Design and lead leadership moments with Communications and partners.
• Apply AI tools to support executive communications; collaborate on AI strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in strategy, program management, exec communications, or Chief of Staff roles.
• Proven track record leading high-stakes cross-functional programs autonomously.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; able to write in an executive voice.
• Experience designing operating cadences, accountability, and decision rights.
• Experience building trust with senior executives and cross-functional partners (C-suite preferred).
• Hands-on AI tools experience to enhance exec communications with integrity and data protection.
