📋 Description

• Lead high-priority strategic programs across Nuro Driver, including initiatives tied to autonomy
• Create structure around ambiguous technical and business problems, turning broad goals into clear
• Drive cross-organizational initiatives involving Nuro Driver, AI Platform, Vehicle Platform &
• Partner with technical leaders to identify critical paths, resolve dependencies, unblock progress
• Ensure complex initiatives move from discussion to decision to execution, with clear accountability

🎯 Requirements

• You have 7+ years of experience in technical program management, business operations
• You have experience working closely with engineering teams, ideally in robotics, autonomy, embedded
• You have a track record of driving complex, high-impact programs across multiple teams, senior
• You can quickly understand technical and product context, identify what matters, and translate
• You are comfortable acting as a proxy for senior engineering leadership representing priorities
• You have experience preparing materials for executive audiences, partner discussions, Board

• Base pay range for this level is between $193,930 and $291,150 per year, plus annual performance
