📋 Description

• Drive cross-functional initiative execution. Act as an intermediary between the CCO and Product
• Act as connective tissue across the CCO org and with key cross-functional partners, spotting
• Own the Clinical team's operating cadences: design and facilitate leadership meetings, planning
• Surface trade-offs rather than resolve them quietly. Provide the CCO and leadership team options
• Write for the leadership team: decision memos and first-pass CCO-wide communications.
• Design and implement processes that improve org-wide efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in operations, program management, strategy, or a prior Chief of Staff role in tech.
• Experience operating inside a high-growth company at scale, ideally 1,000+ employees, where the
• Genuinely excellent writer: can take complex, multi-stakeholder situations and produce briefs
• Exceptional project manager: can hold many workstreams simultaneously, know which one is at risk
• Operates through influence rather than authority. Built standing with peers and influenced
• Brings structure to ambiguity without smothering speed, with judgment to know which matters more.
