📋 Description

• Partner with the Chief People Officer to shape and execute strategic priorities, annual plans, and

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in business strategy, business operations, People/HR operations
• 4+ years of direct experience partnering with C-suite or senior executive leaders in a Chief of
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise or functional planning, portfolio management, and
• Proven ability to develop executive- and Board-level materials, translating business, financial
• Experience managing budgets, forecasting, or financial planning in partnership with Finance teams.
• Strong strategic-operator mindset, with the ability to move between high-level strategy and

• Base salary: $185,000–$277,000 annually across U.S. locations, with the final offer determined by
