📋 Description

• Act as trusted partner to Global Head, driving leadership effectiveness and execution discipline
• Coordinate across Growth, Finance, Technology and wider business to deliver strategy
• Translate strategy into actionable initiatives with clear priorities
• Maintain momentum on critical priorities across leadership and board
• Ensure alignment between commercial strategy, financial plans and delivery capability
• Support integration of commercial and financial priorities across functions

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a Chief of Staff, strategy, management consulting, or corporate development role
• Experience working with executive leadership and Board stakeholders
• Track record of leading strategic initiatives in complex organisations
• Strong understanding of financial services, private wealth or related environments
• Commercially minded, collaborative, and able to influence without direct authority
• Curious, proactive and adaptable with strong judgment and discretion
