📋 Description

• Work directly with our CRO, CCO and sales leadership to transition, track, and drive forward key
• Prepare for and coordinate key weekly and monthly meetings including our Sales Leadership and other
• Keep Sales leadership accountable for commitments, while helping keep reports accountable for
• Setting the agenda, running, and synthesizing internal meetings, business reviews, and regular all

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of demonstrated success in a Business Support, Chief of Staff, Operations, or similar role
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent presentation skills, capable of running efficient and productive meetings with senior
• Excellent program management skills and understanding of sales dynamics (sales ops, commercial
• Highly analytical, strategic, and creative thinker with strong business acumen.
• Proven ability and desire to drive initiatives with minimal structure.
