📋 Description

• Run the operating rhythm: leadership, metrics, board and investor prep
• Help manage the executive team: set priorities, hold owners to their commitments, and surface
• Lead capital raising: model, data room, narrative, investor pipeline
• Take on the hardest projects in the company, start to finish, including M&A and Shadow
• Be the CEO's second brain: decide what needs CEO attention, and handle what doesn't
• Make the company faster with AI, starting with your own work

🎯 Requirements

• Unusually sharp. You learn fast and think clearly on paper
• 2 to 7 years in investment banking, consulting, or a fund, where you've lived in models and closed
• Early in your career, hungry, and not yet set in big-company habits
• You can earn the trust of senior leaders and push them without a title doing it for you
• You finish things nobody asked you to finish
• Low ego, high bar
