📋 Description

• Own the portfolio and governance of Conga's strategic priorities, translating direction into clear
• Design and run an effective cadence for the CEO, ELT, and SLT, including agendas, pre-reads
• Strengthen KPI, QBR, and enterprise business-review practices, so leaders have timely visibility
• Coordinate Board and executive materials, align with contributors and timelines, synthesize complex
• Drive initiatives where accountability spans multiple functions. Clarify ownership, expose gaps or
• Make day-to-day decisions required to maintain momentum against agreed priorities, while escalating

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in strategy, operations, transformation, PMO, or Chief of Staff leadership
• Demonstrated ability to understand operating and financial drivers, evaluate trade-offs, connect
• Experience supporting senior executives and Boards, preparing high-stakes materials, and driving
• A track record of leading enterprise-wide initiatives through credibility, relationships
• Exceptional ability to synthesize complex information and communicate directly, concisely, and
• High integrity, sound judgment, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
