📋 Description

• Act as a trusted extension of the COO, anticipating needs and briefing on key decisions.
• Own the operating rhythm for the COO and Ops leadership team.
• Represent the COO in cross-functional settings and executive meetings.
• Drive operational excellence by auditing and improving core processes.
• Translate strategy into actionable plans and high-quality briefings.
• Partner with leadership to enable high-leverage decisions across budgets and initiatives.

• Operational leadership across finance, people, and legal functions.

• Relationship building and cross-functional collaboration with senior teams.
• Interest in AI and scalable systems; growth mindset.
• 7–10+ years in operational, strategy, or CoS roles; prior COO/CEO exposure.
• Experience as Chief of Staff, Head of Operations, or Strategy/Operations lead.
• Background in core ops functions beyond general consulting.
