📋 Description

• Serve as trusted advisor and proxy for the Chief People Officer.
• Cultivate relationships across the People Leadership Team to align programs.
• Gatekeeper ensuring we don’t over-engineer or mis-prioritize.
• Lead high-impact cross-group initiatives from concept to completion.
• Manage and synchronize global People & Places program timelines.
• Lead annual and quarterly planning and optimize headcount/resources.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• 10+ years in HR, operations, strategy, or related field.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication, ability to articulate complex ideas.
• Strong analytical skills, data-driven decisions.
• Experience in talent management, performance management, and employee engagement.
