📋 Description

• Partner with the CEO to translate strategy into actionable plans and track milestones.
• Run UAE team's operating rhythm: agenda-setting, decisions, follow-up.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives for the CEO from scoping to delivery.
• Prepare briefing materials and presentations for leadership and government stakeholders.
• Act as gatekeeper for CEO time; draft executive communications.
• Support engagement with UAE government entities and partners; scheduling and follow-up.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in strategy consulting, investment banking, a Chief of Staff, or senior ops role.
• Experience with senior government/defense or sovereign wealth stakeholders in UAE/GCC.
• Strong cross-functional program management and exec-level communication.
• Exceptional English written and verbal communication.
• Bachelor's degree; willing to travel regionally/internationally; autonomous with discretion.
• Arabic language, space/defense sector exposure, or MBA is a nice-to-have.
