📋 Description

• Lead organization-wide operational planning, translating strategic priorities into scalable
• Oversee operational performance across functions including Marketplace, Membership, Information
• Establish, monitor, and evaluate KPIs across departments, using performance insights to guide
• Partner with executive and departmental leaders to identify revenue-growth opportunities, evaluate
• Ensure organizational offerings and operational priorities remain aligned with member needs, market
• Provide strategic leadership, coaching, and performance oversight to senior functional leaders

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations
• 5+ years of senior/executive leadership experience
• Experience with complex environments and cross-functional teams in mission-driven organizations
• Oversight of enterprise operations across multiple departments (IT, HR, Finance, Digital, etc.)
• Strong track record turning strategy/systems and financial understanding into operational frameworks
• Expertise in budgeting, and buyer-centric organizational strategies
