📋 Description

• Lead and scale global operations across Site Services, Professional Services, Customer Support
• Partner with executive leadership to implement, operationalize, and track KPIs and OKRs org-wide
• Direct end-to-end service delivery across site operations, professional services, and customer
• Oversee end-to-end hardware procurement, inventory control, logistics, quality reliability, and
• Drive the evolution of internal operating systems and organizational processes, incorporating AI
• Manage customer contracts, compliance frameworks, and SLAs while representing strategic operational

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of proven executive or senior operational leadership experience managing
• Demonstrated AI-first thinking and practical capability to leverage or build AI-driven tools
• Exceptional written, verbal, and asynchronous communication skills with a track record of
• Deep appreciation for data hygiene, systems architecture, and process design to drive scalable

• Prior operational experience within the construction tech, reality capture, or complex
