📋 Description

• Architect AIM's scaling engine with maximum autonomy.
• Own the execution of the terraforming mission at scale.
• Build, dismantle, and optimize operating systems for physical AI.
• Manage cross-functional ops across customer success, HR, legal, and finance.
• Drive global expansion decisions and high-stakes tradeoffs.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of executive leadership in high-growth tech or industrial sectors.
• Deep Tech Operations: scaling products with hardware components.
• Legal contracting and Finance (Sales & revenue ownership, P&L).
• Experience with dual-use tech (defense/commercial) or complex supply chains.
• Willing to travel up to 20% to remote and international AIM locations.
• Based in or willing to relocate to the Greater Seattle Area.
