📋 Description

• Run day-to-day UK operations across EMI entities and governance.
• Lead FCA authorisation workstreams (CASP, MiFID) and governance processes.
• Serve as operational counterpart to FCA: information requests, incidents, follow-ups.
• Identify and execute growth opportunities: payments, EMI rails, partnerships.
• Own UK product operations and launch readiness: payments on/off-ramp, governance, scale.

🎯 Requirements

• 8-12 years experience in strategy consulting and operational execution.
• Operated in scaling UK fintech, bank, or crypto firm with cross-functional roles.
• Deep familiarity with the UK regulatory environment (FCA, MiFID, EMI).
• Track record running cross-functional programmes with no formal authority.
• Governance and controls-focused, but not bureaucratic.
• Excellent communicator across regulators, boards, engineers; crypto/digital assets experience.
