🎯 Requirements

Master of Science degree in Metallurgy or a similar education
Minimum 10 years of experience in process design
Experience of basic and detail engineering projects within the mining and metals industry
Safety-critical mindset
Excellent collaboration and communication skills in English. Command of Finnish and Swedish is seen
Leadership skills with ability to work in cross-functional and multinational teams
