📋 Description

• Own end-to-end global product strategy across trading, payments, wealth, and institutions
• Build a cohesive product ecosystem with unified user experience across verticals
• Own and scale growth product: acquisition, activation, retention, monetization
• Design and implement product-led growth using data, experimentation, and lifecycle optimization
• Drive AI adoption across products and internal processes (AI trading tools, personalization, internal productivity tools)
• Lead innovation across centralized/on-chain ecosystems (AI, DeFi, on-chain infra)

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a senior product leader in global, high-growth environments
• Strong background in crypto/fintech, trading platforms, or digital products
• Experience leading product and growth; strong product-led growth understanding
• Experience driving AI adoption in products and orgs
• Deep knowledge of trading systems, financial products, and user behavior in digital assets
• English fluency; Mandarin preferred
