• Define and execute multi-year product & technology strategy aligned to growth, customer needs

• Establish customer-centric product practices using data & feedback to improve product-market
• Own governance, roadmaps, and investment priorities for product & tech.
• Lead global engineering teams delivering secure, reliable platforms.
• Drive cloud-native, API-first, microservices architectures with Agile, DevOps, CI/CD.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in Product & Engineering leadership, executive tech/product roles.
• Proven track record leading end-to-end SaaS/enterprise platforms at global scale.
• Experience overseeing customer-facing products and internal IT/enterprise tech.
• Strong understanding of workforce HR/payroll/enterprise software ecosystems.
• History of digital transformation, modernization, and large-scale platform evolution.
• Experience managing distributed, multi-region teams in regulated environments.
