📋 Description

• Develop and maintain the risk management framework per FSRA FSMR MIR.
• Oversee risk governance for market, liquidity, collateral, resilience and tech.
• Monitor risk profile and ensure material risks stay within appetite.
• Oversee margins, collateral, liquidity monitoring, stress testing, defaults.
• Provide independent risk oversight over operations, onboarding, and new products.
• Conduct stress testing, scenario analysis, and recovery planning.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in risk, finance, economics, accounting, law, or math.
• Significant risk management experience in exchanges, clearing houses, or markets.
• Strong understanding of ADGM Market Infrastructure Rules and risk principles.
• Experience overseeing market, clearing, liquidity, collateral, or resilience risk.
• Experience engaging with regulators, Boards, and senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
