📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end product and technology strategy across web scraping infrastructure, proxy
• Lead, scale, and develop a distributed product and engineering organization of 25+ professionals
• Define technical architecture and engineering direction for highly scalable, reliable
• Develop and execute a unified product roadmap across multiple complementary product lines, ensuring
• Drive the adoption of AI and modern machine-learning capabilities across the product portfolio and
• Build strong technical understanding of the underlying platform and infrastructure, remaining

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading product and/or engineering organizations in highly technical
• Experience managing an organization of 25+ people, including distributed teams working across
• Deep, hands-on expertise in web scraping, proxy infrastructure, anti-bot technologies, or closely
• Demonstrated ability to combine product vision, business strategy, and technical architecture
• Strong track record applying AI/ML to product development and enabling AI-native approaches within
• Ability to operate effectively at board and executive level, communicate complex technical subjects
