Chief Technology Officer

📋 Description

• Own the technical architecture end to end, including AI technology strategy, AI architecture, and
• Deploy agentic engineering at scale for business processes such as matching, vetting, onboarding
• Make AI quality measurable through ownership of evals, regression suites, and review loops
• Rebuild platform development and operations, raising output per engineer via AI-assisted
• Decide team composition and own resourcing, workforce planning, headcount, role definition, and
• Lead the engineering team, setting standards, developing people, and ensuring accountability

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field required; advanced
• 15+ years of progressive engineering leadership, including significant time as a CTO or VP of
• Deep, current, hands-on command of modern AI engineering: foundation models, agentic architectures
• Experience deploying agentic systems at scale with measured outcomes on cost, cycle time, quality
• Rigor about evaluation of model, prompt, or agent changes with evidence
• Command of the economics of model routing, hosting, inference capacity, latency and cost budgets
