📋 Description

• Lead the engineering organization for a portfolio of 11 B2C SaaS products.
• Translate business priorities into clear technical decisions and execution plans.
• Align teams with CEO and senior leadership to scale products quickly.
• Define technology strategy across B2C product portfolio and manage risk/opportunity.
• Improve delivery speed, scalability, and operational reliability.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant CTO/VP/Director level experience in senior tech leadership.
• Experience scaling an engineering org of ~40–60 people.
• Background with B2C SaaS, desktop/mobile apps, or subscriptions.
• Strong product engineering understanding in founder-led/startup context.
• Proven ability to drive execution and organizational/technical change.
• Hands-on with Node.js, NestJS, Next.js, Kubernetes, AWS; distributed remote teams.
