📋 Description

• Lead the technical org behind a large-scale iGaming platform with hands-on leadership
• Define engineering strategy, roadmap, and architectural direction
• Build and mentor an engineering team of 15–20 developers
• Maintain code quality, CI/CD, automated testing, and secure practices
• Collaborate with Product to balance features and technical debt
• Oversee infrastructure, cloud, reliability, DR, incident response, and security

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years leadership in iGaming (sportsbook preferred)
• Proven experience leading distributed teams of 10+ developers
• Strong software architecture with debt vs delivery balance
• Hands-on review of production code; not just management
• Experience establishing visible delivery, productivity, and metrics
• Knowledge of KYC/AML, GDPR, licensing, and compliance practices
