📋 Description

• Lead technology strategy with a focus on AI and data platforms.
• Hybrid coordination across internal and client-facing platforms.
• Industrialize AI and data capabilities for scalable, secure platforms.
• Oversee platform ownership: internal data platforms and external AI products.
• Ensure reliable data pipelines, model deployment, and system integration.
• Drive end-to-end AI/ML platform development (in ingestion, training, deployment, monitoring).

🎯 Requirements

• Proven CTO/Head of Engineering or senior tech leader in AI/data-driven environments.
• Experience building/scaling AI/ML platforms and data ecosystems.
• Cloud-native architectures; data platforms (lakehouse, streaming); MLOps/LLMOps.
• Leadership of cross-functional teams (software, data, ML, Platform/DevOps).
• Strong governance, security, and compliance mindset for data and AI.
• Preferred: consulting/digital services background and GenAI exposure.
