Child & Adolescent Full-Time Therapist - LCSW, LPC, LMFT

📋 Description

• Conduct evidence-based individual therapy for ages 2-26
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team for high-quality care
• Hybrid model: in-person and telehealth in Sterling, VA
• Build strong therapeutic relationships with families and caregivers
• Develop and adjust treatment plans based on progress
• Participate in clinical consultation and team collaboration

🎯 Requirements

• Virginia-licensed (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW)
• 1 year of direct therapy with children/adolescents
• 1 year telehealth or virtual experience
• After-school/weekend availability (after 3pm ET)
• Proficient with telehealth platforms and EMR/Google Suite
• Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
