Child & Adolescent Therapist - Resident in Counseling (LPC-R)

📋 Description

• Deliver virtual and in-person therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and caregivers.
• Build meaningful relationships, assess needs, and support treatment engagement.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care.
• Serve ages 2–26 and their caregivers in Centreville and Vienna, VA.
• Work in a hybrid model with flexible scheduling.
• Educate families on therapeutic approaches to foster progress.

🎯 Requirements

• Active VA license: LCSW, LPC, LPC-R, LMFT, LMSW, or SiSW.
• 1+ year of experience with children and adolescents.
• 1+ year telehealth or virtual care experience.
• Available after 3pm ET weekdays and/or weekends.
• Passion for family-centered, high-touch care.
