Child and Adolescent Full-Time Therapist - LCSW, LPC, LMFT

📋 Description

• Provide individual evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 2-26)
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on ongoing assessment of patient progress
• Invest in your patient relationships by establishing positive, trusting rapport with patients
• Participate in consultation to enhance clinical skills and receive feedback and support
• Collaborate with other specialty providers
• Maintain thorough, timely clinical documentation and patient records

🎯 Requirements

• Independently licensed as a LPC, LMFT or LCSW in Virginia; or LMSW with an active SISW, or eligible
• Possess one (1) year of experience providing individual, direct care therapy to children and
• Have one (1) year of experience working in a telehealth or virtual setting
• Flexibility to work during Blackbird's core after-school hours: after 3pm ET during the week and/or
