Child and Adolescent Therapist

📋 Description

• Deliver virtual and in-person therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults
• Build relationships with patients and families to support progress
• Educate families on evidence-based approaches for long-term progress
• Work with an interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate care
• Serve ages 2–26 and their caregivers
• Manage caseload and license type in the application

🎯 Requirements

• Active Maryland license: LCSW, LCPC, LCMFT, or LMSW
• 1+ year experience with children and adolescent patients
• 1+ year telehealth or virtual setting experience
• Availability after 3pm ET weekdays and/or weekends
• Passion for family-centered, high-touch care
• Open to 1099 contract, W2 part-time, or W2 full-time
