Child and Adolescent Therapist, License Sponsorship - LCSW, LPC, LMFT - Remote

📋 Description

• Delivering high-quality virtual and in-person therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and
• Building meaningful relationships with patients and families, understanding their needs, supporting
• Providing evidence-based, compassionate care as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Work a fully remote schedule of 20 contracted hours per week, including 17 completed direct care

🎯 Requirements

• Independently licensed as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in at least one U.S. state
• Willingness to obtain licensure in one or more of Blackbird's operating states (cost covered)
• One (1) year of experience providing individual, direct care therapy to children and adolescent
• One (1) year of experience working in a telehealth or virtual setting
• Own your own phone, computer, and high-speed internet
• Flexibility to work during Blackbird's core after-school hours: after 3pm ET during the week and/or
