📋 Description

• Build relationships with child care providers during regular visits.
• Conduct unannounced visits to coach caregivers and teachers.
• Assess licensing compliance and evaluate quality of care.
• Ensure providers meet safety and quality standards.
• Prepare concise internal reports on visit results.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve quality.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-5+ years in child care (visiting/evaluating homes or centers preferred)
• Self-motivated; able to work independently from home
• Tenacious, high-energy; handle objections
• Strong social and communication skills; think on your feet
• Detail-oriented with consistent, error-free execution
• Must have a vehicle; travel across DC/MD/Northern VA
