Child Care Advisor

📋 Description

• Oversees caseload of customers to ensure positive outcomes
• Provides intake services for applicants seeking subsidized child care
• Accepts and coordinates referrals for child care from authorized sources
• Determines, verifies, and documents eligibility and notifies parents of status
• Enrolls categorically eligible children as authorized by the Board and partners
• Promotes parental compliance with Personal Responsibility Agreement

🎯 Requirements

• Three years directly related, progressively responsible work experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong management and organizational skills
• Ability to work across all levels of management and staff
• Knowledge of community resources
• Computer literate; MS Word and Excel; ability to learn specialized databases
