📋 Description

• Oversee and manage complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time, on-budget
• Manage/Supervise staff on daily operations and performance.
• Lead and motivate team to achieve objectives and milestones.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Identify and mitigate risks that may impact team success.
• Oversee development and implementation of child care management processes and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, management or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2 to 3 years' experience in TANF programs.
• 3 years of supervisory experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Commitment to customer-focused service delivery systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong management/organizational abilities.
• Driving position; valid driver's license and automobile insurance required.
