🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, International Relations and

• Demonstrated knowledge or experience in at least one relevant area (e.g., capacity building, child
• Experience developing educational content, curricula, training materials, or delivering training to
• Knowledge of child protection principles, children's rights, digital safety, privacy
• Experience supporting government institutions in policy development or national programmes
