Child Placement Supervisor

📋 Description

• Certify, de-certify, and re-certify child residential/foster homes per Colorado DHS rules.
• Recruit, orient, and train foster providers and homes; oversee ongoing oversight.
• Match children with foster families based on needs and strengths.
• Coordinate placement meetings and transitions with families and referral partners.
• Support foster family recruitment, retention, and program growth.
• Ensure timely recertification and close homes when appropriate.

🎯 Requirements

• Denver Metro residency required.
• Bachelor's in social/behavioral sciences + 3 years foster care/direct placement experience, or
• Master's in social/behavioral sciences + 1 year foster care/direct placement experience.
• Full compliance with Colorado DHS personnel standards for Child Care Facility Licensing.
