Chiller Technician

📋 Description

• Diagnose and repair large tonnage chillers (air/water cooled; centrifugal, screw, scroll)
• Troubleshoot and program DDC/BAS building controls systems
• Commission and startup chiller and controls for peak efficiency
• Identify and resolve electrical, mechanical, and controls issues
• Perform preventative maintenance on chillers, cooling towers, pumps, and boilers
• Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and control schematics; document work

🎯 Requirements

• EPA 608 Universal Certification.
• 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience with heavy chiller exposure.
• Demonstrated experience with BAS/DDC controls platforms.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting across low and high voltage systems.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate in mechanical rooms, rooftops, and confined spaces.
