📋 Description

• Defines and execute China development strategy for assigned assets which contributes to
• Ensures that the individual development asset add significant value to China pharma, through
• Ensures optimal performance of Asset Strategy Team (AST) by leading, driving and coordinating all
• Foster continuous improvement mindset as one team from learnings throughout asset lifecycle.
• Develop an integrated development strategy for China.
• Creates the most competitive strategy based on regulatory requirements and commercial needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required in life science area; Advanced degree highly preferred (e.g. MD,PhD
• Relevant experience in drug development (minimum of 5 years; 10+ years preferred) in a
• Strong strategic thinking, collaboration, facilitative leadership, executive function, and
• Experience leading a team in a cross-functional environment. Ability to objectively exercise
• Ability to lead and motivate team members from across functional areas; must be able to lead
• Ability and willingness to respectfully challenge team members and functions, and manage conflict
