Serve as communications partner to the China GM and leadership.
Lead APAC/MEA Public Affairs & Communications strategies.
Develop integrated communications plans aligned with Area priorities and global direction.
Advise Area VP and Leadership Team, shaping leadership narratives.
Lead regional platforms (townhalls, leadership messaging, updates).
Lead regional issues and crisis communications, including strategy and messaging.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
15+ years in Communications, Public Affairs, Corporate Affairs, or related fields.
Proven experience supporting senior executives in regional or matrixed settings.
Strong executive communications, storytelling, stakeholder management and influence.
Ability to lead cross-functional, multi-market initiatives with strong execution.
Healthcare/pharma/medical aesthetics or related industry experience preferred.
