• Deliver thoughtful 1:1 care through strong clinical reasoning, personalized treatment, and
• Treat fewer than 8 clients per day in a true one-on-one care model.
• Work with engaged clients focused on movement, performance, and proactive care.
• Participate in a collaborative clinical environment with ongoing case discussions and peer learning.
• Own caseload through proactive communication, follow-up, and accountability to client outcomes and
• Support community engagement, referral relationships, and raising the standard of care.

🎯 Requirements

• Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited program.
• Active or eligible chiropractic license in California.
• Strong commitment to high-quality assessment, hands-on care, and movement-based treatment.
• Interest in working within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment.
• Commitment to ongoing professional, clinical, and business development.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients and teammates.
