Train junior staff members on analytical methods.
Handling and testing samples for various dairy and nutritional tests according to documented
Maintaining accurate and systematic records of testing.

🎯 Requirements

Degree level qualification in Food Science, Analytical Chemistry or other relevant subject
Practical analytical chemistry and instrumentation experience, ideally in a high volume contract
Technical, troubleshooting, report writing and statistical skills would be an advantage
Thorough understanding of relevant quality system and accreditation requirements
Computer literate.
Good standard of written and spoken English and numeracy skills.
