• Build automations to scale retention efforts.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience diagnosing churn and root-cause analysis.
• Strong data skills: cohort analytics, funnels, A/B results.
• Experience mapping journeys, onboarding optimization, or CRO.
• Build automations: triggered flows, lifecycle sequences.
• Turn messy data into clear insights for stakeholders.
• Worked across multiple products/brands; AI-enabled workflows.
