📋 Description

• Act as the main HR point of contact for Operations, providing practical support to managers and
• Support employee engagement and organizational culture development initiatives.
• Ensure high-quality delivery of employee lifecycle processes (recruitment, onboarding, development
• Advise managers on labor law and employee relations matters, manage complex cases, and ensure
• Analyze HR data, identify risks, and collaborate with management on workforce planning and
• Collaborate with HR teams and support recruitment for key roles as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Higher education within areas of HR or similar
• 2–3 years of experience in HR or people-related role (preferably managerial experience)
• Experience within Operations
• Expertise in labor market, knowledge of labour law
• Ability to see the big picture of the organization and how the departmental unit fits into that
• Ability to work with and through people
