Circuit Provisioning Engineer

📋 Description

• Provision local and toll-free number services for NICE inContact.
• Manage MACDs and document activities in the order-queuing system.
• Handle routine and escalated orders to meet published SLAs.
• Support customer go-live activities, hot-cut events and carrier engagement.
• Communicate clearly with team, customers and sales partners.
• Respond to emails directed to you and group queues as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• College degree or equivalent.
• 1 year provisioning inbound numbers or customer service exp.
• Able to meet deadlines within SLAs.
• Strong verbal and written communication; detail oriented.
• Effective planning and organizational skills; team player.
• Able to work under pressure with escalated orders.
