CISO Mentor (part-time basis)

📋 Description

• Mentor and advise security leaders on building, scaling, and improving an Information Security
• Provide strategic guidance on perimeter and network-layer defenses, including WAF, rate limiting
• Advise on securing product APIs against abuse, anomalous traffic, and application-level threats
• Strengthen authentication, authorization, and access controls
• Guide the Vulnerability Management process
• Advise on external penetration testing programs and remediation

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in senior Information Security leadership roles such as CISO, VP of
• Proven experience building and scaling an Information Security program from the ground up
• Deep experience in highly regulated environments (FinTech, HealthTech, GovTech) and familiarity
• Strong architectural knowledge of cloud-native, distributed systems (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Strong understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) frameworks
• Exceptional executive communication and mentoring skills
