CISO Office - Security Compliance & Governance Engineer

📋 Description

• Independently lead cross-functional audit remediation across engineering, product, legal, and operations.
• Build the policy estate; translate regulations into actionable guidance.
• Lead regulator and auditor engagement as the primary interface.
• Deploy AI to accelerate compliance operations and drive workflows.
• Deliver CISO-level reporting with governance dashboards.
• Monitor the regulatory horizon and brief senior leadership proactively.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in IT audit, risk, compliance, or security governance.
• 3+ years leading governance programmes at large-scale internet/finance/crypto.
• ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST; APAC data protection regimes.
• Cloud security experience with AWS, Alibaba Cloud, or GCP.
• Certs: CISA, CISSP, CRISC, CISM, CCISO.
• English fluency; Mandarin is a plus.
