📋 Description

Provide L3 support for Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (DaaS)
Administer Citrix Cloud Connectors, StoreFront, Studio, License Servers
Troubleshoot Citrix ADC (NetScaler) incl. Gateway, SSL, authentication
Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures
Manage AWS services: EC2, VPC, IAM, Route 53, Auto Scaling, ELB/ALB
Maintain Windows Server, AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, FSLogix profiles

🎯 Requirements

L3 support experience for Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (DaaS)
Strong expertise in Citrix ADC (NetScaler) configuration
Experience with Citrix workloads on AWS
Knowledge of AWS: EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, CloudWatch, ELB/ALB
Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP administration
Ability to work night shifts
