📋 Description

• Own the day-to-day execution of Bird’s Kamloops operation, including deployment, battery swaps
• Monitor fleet health, deployment, task completion, customer reports, 311 concerns and operational
• Perform vehicle diagnostics and repairs and maintain an organized repair queue to support fleet
• Drive company vehicles and load, transport and unload scooters, bikes, batteries and operational
• Coordinate and support Operations Partners and seasonal workers, including task assignments, field
• Ensure vehicles are deployed neatly, legally and in accordance with city requirements, approved

🎯 Requirements

• Two or more years of relevant experience in field operations, logistics, fleet management
• Previous experience coordinating employees, contractors or independent operators is preferred.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and comfort diagnosing and completing basic vehicle repairs.
• Strong personal accountability and the ability to work independently without continuous supervision.
• Practical problem-solving skills and sound judgment in changing field conditions.
• Comfortable using mobile applications, spreadsheets and operational dashboards to manage work and
