Civil Designer

📋 Description

• Based in Sunshine Coast office; support urban development design delivery.
• Collaborate with engineers and senior designers on land development, roads and drainage.
• Design and produce construction drawings to industry standards.
• Review sketches and data from clients and consultants.
• Prepare reports and design documents for urban projects.
• Liaise with stakeholders to manage project variations.

🎯 Requirements

• High level technical knowledge of industry codes and standards
• Proven project design delivery experience
• Ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
• High level industry awareness and engagement
• Relevant tertiary qualifications; use of 12d, ACAD, 12d drainage, PC Drain
• Experience in preparation of concept and detailed designs for land development projects
