Responsibilities

Own end-to-end civil and land development engineering for campuses and industrial sites.
Lead hydrology and hydraulics analysis, floodplain modeling, and stormwater design.
Develop land development plans, earthwork, erosion control, and foundation prep.
Perform environmental assessments, permitting, and sustainability evaluations.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate civil with utilities and power infrastructure.
Support site selection, geotechnical investigations, and due diligence for projects.
