Develop and issue drawings, design docs, and reports for land development projects
Perform calculations for grading, drainage, stormwater, and utilities
Coordinate to obtain local, state, and federal land development permits
Manage field civil construction: QC, conflicts, and multi-discipline coordination
Interact with contractors, owners, and internal clients to define requirements and schedules
Resolve design and construction conflicts in real time

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
1+ year in civil engineering design, analysis, and drafting
4+ years in civil engineering design, analysis, and drafting
EIT or PE license
Experience with StormCAD, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, WaterCAD, PCSWMM
AutoCAD Civil3D: grading, earthwork, and plan/profile creation
