Develop and issue drawings, design docs, and reports for land development
Perform calculations for grading, drainage, stormwater, water quality, and utilities
Drive coordination to obtain local, state, and federal permits for land development
Manage civil construction in the field; QC, conflicts, and contractor coordination
Interact with contractors, owners, and internal clients to define requirements and schedule
Resolve design and construction conflicts in the field in real time

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
1+ years of civil engineering design, analysis, and/or drafting
Proficiency in stormwater management, hydraulics, and grading
Understanding of geotechnical and surveying disciplines
EIT or PE license
Ability to adapt to high-urgency, fast-paced environment
